Can't Create Install Folder

ISSUE

"... When attempting to Unzip the contents of the installer, an error message states that the folder cannot be created. After closing the error message, the installation process terminates..."

CAUSE

The operating system has restricted write access to the C-drive from any location that has not been determined to be 'safe'.

SOLUTION

The installer must be run with Administrator privileges. Proceed with the installation as follows:

Browse to the folder where the installer was downloaded to
Right-click the .exe file
From the context menu, select "Run as Administrator"

Continue with the normal installation procedure. The error message should no longer be displayed.
