This service pack includes changes from all previous service packs.

SP13 (released 2/11/22) contained a defect which was discovered after SP13 was published for download.

SP13A repairs the defect contained in SP13.

SP13A should be installed regardless of whether or not SP13 was previously installed.

Download link to SP13 is no longer available.

If SP13 was previously acquired before the link was removed, it should not be installed.
