It's benign and nothing to worry about.

All it's indicating are the number of locations where ASE Civil asked Civil 3D to provide a surface elevation, but not data was given.

Considering there can be about a couple thousand sample locations on a long road with multiple components, "124" errors may actually be a very small percentage of the total number of sample elevations used to generate the existing ground profile linework.
