SP 14
This is in development. We're using Civil 3D 2022 as the development platform now, so this may benefit clients using the newer releases of AutoCAD. However, I was informed by several clients that ASE Civil's access to the civil AEC infrastructure objects (e.g., alignments, surfaces, sites, etc.) was intact using 2022 while we were still on 2020.
"Quarterly" should be a maximum time-span between ASE Civil updates, IMO, so we'll get something out this month.

SP14 Status Update
About
As was discovered earlier this year, there is a bug in SP13 & SP13a, in which the Flow Label arrows are disappearing after an ASE audit or drawing initialization. This message is an update on the status of the ASE Civil version that will repair the Flow Label arrows disappearance, restore full-function to the Flow Labels' 'Productivity' setting and correct a number of additional bugs & missing pieces that are present in the current download.
Solution Status
As of this post, the Flow Labels system currently in service has been repaired.
Alpha Testing
The solution, which was almost an entire re-write of the system's core functions, is now undergoing testing/debugging cycles until it's stable, reliable & accurate.
Beta Testing
After internal testing is complete, designers outside our organization will test the solution within their respective work environments.
Final Debugging & Testing
This will address any feedback from the beta testers and provide an even more reliable end-product.
Publishing
A package will be compiled & uploaded to the website and clients will be notified.
My Apology for Unplanned Delays
I'd hoped to have this available this week, but I'm experiencing issues with the debugger in Visual Lisp's IDE, which is unresponsive to breakpoints suddenly. That's a little too low-level for most, sorry. I'm sure it's "user-error" but I have to figure this out before I can resume testing SP14 and the Flow Label repairs.
