Pads 'Batch Define' Mode Crash

Problem

Why does ASE crash whenever I try to use the 'Batch Mode' to define my pads?

Cause

This will happen whenever your Base Map Control data is lacking the key layers required to calculate the 'Curb Reference Points' for each lot. This is one subsystem operation that cannot be shortcut with 'quick & dirty' BMC data. You need mode than just Curb Control and Centerline layers to auto-define pads.

Solution

Redefine the BMC data. It must include 'Lot Lines' and 'Rights-of-Way' geometry, otherwise the 'Batch' pad definition will fail. Unfortunately, the current version doesn't tell you why it failed.
