After installing per the directions, the folder output is of the incorrect structure. It (erroneously) includes a parent folder "C" when it should not. The installer has been replaced and tested to ensure it's correct. Download Direct from here if you'd like.

This is now available for download. If you're one of the few that downloaded and installed SP13, then install SP13A anyway. There's a defect in SP13 which causes the Design Marker Auto-Set command to fail. I don't think anyone wants to bear the drudgery of adding Design Markers to a site 1-by-1.
